Flux variability analysis
Flux variability analysis can be used to study the
redundancy of reactions in a network. GEMSiRV can determine the minimum and
maximum flux values for each reaction in the model and thus identify the
blocked reactions which carry zero fluxes for the both conditions and tag them
with crosses in a map as well.
You can select a model and a map (if you have) for
flux variability analysis. The min and max fluxes of reaction are plotted in the
map and the blocked reaction are tagged with crosses.
