Gene deletion analysis

Gene deletion analysis is carried out by imposing a single-gene deletion or a set of gene deletions at a time, which simulates biological knockout mutant or transcriptional regulatory constraints. GEMSiRV performs the gene deletion analysis to generate the flux result and a SBML model for the specified condition.
