• Model importing and editing

Right click on Model databases, you can import SBML/spreadsheet file.

You can directly edit/update the content of the imported model.

Right click on the model, you can

• Add rxn&met to the Ref. DB
• Draft a reconstruction

Reference database creation

Right click on the Project to Creat/Edit Models, Reconstruction

• Simulation
• Visualization
